Cash turns 7 in Houston

We headed to Houston for another non stop weekend. We got in around midnight on Friday and went straight to bed. The next morning Toby and I were up and out the door by 9am. We had to be in Conroe to watch Hunter's first baseball game. The kids decided to stay at mom and dads and go swimming while we went to the game. Toby and I went to lunch and Academy after the game and then met my parents around 230pm to get the kids to take them to Avery's first birthday party.
We got to Jayson's house right around 3pm. Avery had gotten a see saw for her birthday and the older boys enjoyed playing on it since she was too little to get any use out of it right now. We opened presents, ate cake and celebrated with them till about 6pm. On the way home we stopped by Julie and Lance's to see them, and watch a few minutes of the Texas A&M game and Sam Houston State.
Sunday morning was Cash's birthday and I got up around 515am, to help my mom place balloons around the house and Cash. My dad had just walked in the door. He had gotten up even earlier and gone to Shipley's so that I could make a donut cake for Cash to wake up to that morning. I had been talking about doing it but did not know if I would get up or not. Leave it to Papa, he was up and out the door and already back by 515am. He will do anything for the grandkids.

Mom had spent the afternoon on Saturday blowing up over 80 balloons to put all over house nad where Cash was sleeping so that he woke up to balloons everywhere. I taped them to the floor all over the living room and mom filled the area where Cash was sleeping.

We spent the rest of the morning opening presents, swimming for the last time this summer while we were there, and Palin enjoyed getting to paint with water colors. We went to lunch at Five Guys burgers. It was Cash's choice where we went. We were kinda hoping he would chose Roadhouse but he went for Burgers instead.

His actual birthday cake for his birthday was football themed since his party on Saturday will be baseball. He wanted an Aggie football field cake. We left mom and dad's around 130pm made a quick stop by Suzy's house and then were off to College Station to finish celebrating before coming home to Stephenville.
