Chuckee Cheese... Never I once thought!

Chuckee Cheese... the very sound of it used to make me want to scream and run the other way, 10,000 screaming kids.... was not somewhere I wanted to be. Toby and I gave in and took Cash to a birthday party last weekend that was there. Here is our first family picture at Chuckee Chesese!
It turned out that it was not really that bad of experience, Cash had a blast and wanted to play on everything. Toby was even impressed as they had a big rock crawler for Cash to get it. It actually went up and down and sideways like a real one would... Toby is ready to take Cash on the trails, now that he had a blast in the jeep there.
The jeep was huge, it was almost life size!

There was even the old fashion car tha you could ride in with Chuckee Cheese. The whole experience was not that bad, so I guess I have many more Chuckee Cheese adventures that we will be attending, not that we have become parents~!

Company Picnic

Last Saturday was my company picnic, it was a little cold and windy, but it was pretty day. The event was at HH Ranch. Cash had a blast. There was a big end of the ranch that had all kinds of things for kiddos. There was a carosuel that Cash had fun riding on. They also had boats that the kids could get in that went round and round in circles.
They also had a wooden airplane that him and Cole could climb in and play in.

More updates soon. Its been a little busy in our household lately. I worked everynight last week till almost 11pm, doing open enrollment with employees.

Cookies!

Toby's parents came this weekend and Toby's dad cooked a great big chocolate chip cookie for Cash. When we handed it to him, he though that it was great! He started screaming, with glee! He was hilarious to watch him try and eat it! But eventually he ate every last bite!!

Fall Festival

Friday was Cash's fall festival at his daycare, they had cake walk, and all kids of things for the kiddos to do. This is a picture of me and Cash doing the cake walk! He won a cupcake that looked like a turkey.

They had corndogs for the kiddos, and I had broke half of his off the stick, so that he could eat it easier and he decided that he wanted to eat it off the stick and not the little bites I had fixed for him! He likes to try and act like a big person now.

PALIN 2012!

Well, now with the election over and me not being happy about the outcome since it did not go my way... Many of you know I had my assortment of Palin/McCain in 2008 tshirts, so I went on the internet today and was able to find my new wardrobe to start buying for me to wear the next couple of years! I liked Palin ALOT, and I know she got a bad rap from time to time in the press, but I really think its because she is not like the rest of the world. She is not your typical stay at home mom, that does not have a voice ( sorry for any stay at home moms that I offend) She is a working mom, that proves that you can have it all. You can have an awesome career that you can be proud of and be an awesome mom as well, without losing anything. I think she would have really shaken up Washington as she would have said! So here is to me backing her for 2012, she is real, not a politican, and really just told it like it was and was a real person!!! Thats something that we do not see much anymore... people that are REAL in the news, everyone is someone that they news or media wants them to be, not who they want to be... okay I am off my soap box now.
I love this shirt, and think that everyone that voted for McCain should be wearing one!!

This is also a favorite, and one that I will be purchasing!

Random things

This past weekend, Sunday was pretty day, so we were outside for a lot of the day, and I decided to wash my car, and Cash decided that he wanted to help with it. He liked using the sponge he just freaked out when the water would drop out of it, because he did not like getting wet.

Cash always always always wears his aggie cap, and will not leave the house without it. I decided on Saturday morning, that I was going to get him to go without it. I spiked his hair, and I thought that it looked really cute, so I tried to snap a picture of it as soon as I could because shortly after taking the picture, he instisted that his hat be put on his head, so bye bye to the spikey hair.
He is such a funny little guy lately. Last night he wanted me to lay in bed with him and just read to him, and read to him, and read to him. He was really cute!

Whoop!

Saturday morning we headed up to College Station with Todd and Dana to go to the Texas A&M football game. They played Colorado, and they WON!!!! We had great tickets. We were on the 18th row on the 30 yard line! It was a great day for the game and we had a really good time!

Below is 78,000 Texas Aggie Fans! There is just something to see in Aggieland with all that maroon and white!

We went and ate after the game, and then went shopping a little bit in College Station before heading back to Conroe. All the kids were at grandparents houses for the day, so we all got to enjoy and adult only day!

Trick or Treating

This was the first year for Cash to actually go trick or treating. My parents drove up to see him in his costume after day care and Julie even stopped by the night before we left. Cash and his buddy Cole dressed up as Fred and Barney from the Flintstones. They are in the same class at daycare and they one BEST COSTUME this year. They both got little medals engraved. Cash got to carry a bat and bone and him and grandma had fun hitting each other in the yard on Friday afternoon.
Cole and his parents came over for dinner before we went trick or treating, we had pizza and then it was off to get candy. I wondered if Cash would understand what was going on and he did.
Here the boys are sticking out thier tounges at me!

Cash would run from door to door to get his candy. He did not like to carry his bag though. He would run to the door and then want me to bring his bag to him, and then he would hand it back to me after he got his candy and run to the next house and do the same thing.
By the end of the night, he was tuckered out! He fell asleep as soon as we got done and headed home!
